About me

Biography and activities

I grew up in Łopuszna (Nowy Targ Commune). I graduated from the Kraków University of Economics with a degree in management, specializing in corporate financial control and management. My professional background is in finance, where I have worked as a financial analyst in consulting firms, a bank, and the Main Information Point for European Funds in Kraków. I also ran my own business.

From the age of eighteen, I was involved in the youth wing of the Civic Platform (PO). In the 2019 parliamentary elections, I served as the head of the Civic Platform candidates' campaign team in the Nowy Sącz-Podhale district. I am currently the chairwoman of the Civic Platform (PO) in Nowy Targ County and the Vice-Chairwoman of the Civic Platform (PO) in the Małopolska region. In 2023, I ran for the Sejm for the first time and was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) from District 14, the Sądecki-Podhale district.

I am a member of the Committee on Digitalization, Innovation and Modern Technologies, the Committee on Economics and Development, and the Committee on Deregulation. I am a member of two subcommittees, including the chair of the standing subcommittee on innovation and economic competitiveness. I belong to four standing parliamentary delegations and bilateral groups, and 14 parliamentary groups, including the Parliamentary Group for the Sustainable Development of Tourism in Mountainous Areas, of which I serve as chair, and the Parliamentary Group for the Activities of Youth Councils at Local Government Units, of which I serve as vice-chair.

In my political career, I am actively involved in, among other things, engaging young people in social, local government, and political life.

My priorities

A More Efficient State – Deregulation

As a member of the Deregulation Commission, I know perfectly well how much we all need a state that operates efficiently, transparently, and with citizens in mind, not bureaucracy. Deregulation is nothing more than simplifying procedures, removing unnecessary regulations, and creating laws that truly serve people.

We are guided by the principle of "one for one": each new regulation means the abolition of another. This makes our law simpler, more understandable, and citizens' lives easier.

In practice, this means:

  • developing digital public services that allow you to handle official matters from anywhere quickly, modernly, and without queues.
  • eliminating the requirement to obtain unnecessary permits, which shortens and streamlines procedures.
  • reducing the number of reports required from entrepreneurs so they can focus on developing their businesses rather than filling out more forms.

Deregulation is not a technical process of changing regulations; it represents a real improvement in the quality of life, greater freedom for citizens, and better conditions for economic development. This is a step towards a modern, friendly, and efficient state that Poles trust.

Activity in the region

I believe that social activism begins at the grassroots, in our own little homelands. Our counties: Gorlice, Limanowa, Nowy Targ, Nowy Sącz, and Tatra are beautiful places with enormous potential, which we should fully utilize. As a representative of our region, I listen to your voices and learn about the problems you face, so I can help solve them. Local politics is no small feat – it's a renovated sidewalk, a newly built nursery, a renovated bus stop, an accessible office, and every immediate issue that shapes our daily lives. I want to be close to the residents' concerns, which is why I organize parliamentary duty hours in various towns and villages, because your voice is most important to me. I am here for you!

Innovation and New Technologies

As a member of the Committee on Digitalization, Innovation and Modern Technologies and the Chair of the Subcommittee on Innovation and Economic Competitiveness, I realize that modern infrastructure, digital offices, and applications like mObywatel make our lives easier. These are the innovations we encounter every day. It's crucial for the development of our country that we support Polish entrepreneurs and start-ups and focus on the development of new technologies, as our goal is to help Poles become leaders in innovation. Technological advancement, new solutions, and discoveries play a key role in improving our standard of living. They also contribute to Poland being the fastest-growing economy in Europe and the 20th largest in the world by 2025 – modern, competitive, and ready for the future and a better tomorrow!
